Beta Product Notice
Chidush Coach is currently in beta. The platform is provided free of charge during this period. Features, functionality, and these terms may change as the product develops. We appreciate your participation in helping shape the platform.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Chidush Coach (“the Platform”), operated by Chidush (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and AI Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
2. Description of Service
Chidush Coach is an AI-powered coaching platform that helps Jewish nonprofit professionals:
- Identify automation and technology opportunities in their workflows
- Receive multi-level solution recommendations tailored to their skill level
- Get step-by-step guidance for building and implementing solutions
- Measure the impact of implemented solutions
The Platform uses artificial intelligence (specifically, Anthropic's Claude) to provide coaching conversations. The AI generates recommendations based on information you share about your role, organization, and workflows.
3. Beta Program Terms
Chidush Coach is currently offered as a beta product. By participating in the beta, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The Platform is provided “as is” and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. Some functionality may not work as expected.
- Features may change or be removed at any time without notice as we iterate on the product.
- The Platform is free during the beta period. Pricing may be introduced in the future, and you will be notified in advance of any changes.
- Service availability is not guaranteed. The Platform may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.
- Your feedback is valuable. We may contact you for user research, feature feedback, or product improvement purposes. You can opt out of research communications at any time.
- A small number of authorized team members may review conversations for quality assurance and product improvement purposes during the beta period. See our Privacy Policy for details on who has access and how it is managed.
